At Jinja: one major source of the Nile. The Nile is composed of many rivers, some of which are named as such. I post this from a boat on the Victoria Nile, or what the Ugandans consider the real source of the Nile flowing out of Lake Victoria. However, only 70% of the water of the Victoria Nile comes from the lake, the rest comes from natural springs underwater at the entrance of the river from the lake. What a magnificent river. If there is a God, at least for Africa, the Nile must be it.
